Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in performing all post loan review and collection matters.
• Assist in writing up all operational procedures, ensuring business activities being in compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Perform periodic review and delinquency monitoring on the client repayments.
• Assist in performing market monitoring, including preparation circulars and other management reports. 
• Liaises closely with law enforcement and collection agencies
• Assist in court case procedure and attend the meetings.
• Training employees in collection policies and techniques
• Negotiate with borrower for repayment schedule
• Answer enquires related to collection matters
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business, Finance, Law or other related discipline(s).
• Minimum 1 years' solid credit control or debt collectionsworking experience in financial institutions (Preferably with money lending or credit card experience).
• In depth knowledge with consumer credit collection policies, process as well as applicable laws and regulations 
• Well-versed with Companies Ordinance, Civil Case procedure and practical knowledge of Bankruptcy & Insolvency.
• A good team player, smart quick learner, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and discipline with good communication skills.
• Good PC skills in Microsoft office processing skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua will be an advantage).
• Immediately available is preferred.
