A growing and expanding company looking for HR and Administration Talent.

• Overview and Manage HR & Admin department
• Supervise office admin team to support general office administration work
• Provide full HR supports including manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, performance management, employee relations
• Provide counselling on staff issues, HR policies and procedures
• Initiate and organize staff recreational activities such as annual dinner, company travel, team building etc.
• Establish a professional recruitment program
• Design, organise, implement and evaluate training programs
• Keep current with employment ordinance, HR benchmarking and best practices
• Develop, review and update company and HR policy
• Other ad hoc HR & Admin projects as assigned

Requirement

• 5 years+ relevant experience in a similar position
• Good and Positive working attitude, independent, pro-active, strong sense of responsibility, initiative, attention to details, team player
• Extensive experience in training & development program and employee engagement preferred
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation, knowledge in China Labour Law is advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Degree in Administration or related disciplines 
• Immediately available preferred

Office Hour : Mon - Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm
