Responsibility

• Work under the executive office and liaise with different parties to ensure a smooth office and operation process under the company guidelines, strategy plans and procedures
• Provide effective solutions and recommendations on business operation and office logistic
• Integrate data from various sources and compile analytic reports for the management
• Monitor business data integrity
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above graduates
• Proficient in MS Excel (formula setting, Lookup, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Team player with a mature working attitude
• Strong sense in data, detail-minded, organized, meticulous and responsible
• Occasionally work in Shenzhen
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Our postpartum specialist clinic and women wellness center is the first holistic one-stop postpartum caring medical center in Hong Kong. Since commencement, it has striven to provide all-round postpartum caring and specialist services including lactation consultation, postpartum retrieval treatment, chiropractor service, plastic Surgery, urologist service and psychologist service to maternal with the aim of delivering effective and practical healthcare solution for women psychology and physical well-being.
