Responsibilities

1. Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Director in both business activities and personal matters
2. Manage business correspondence, minutes, reports and confidential documents as required
3. Arrange executive meetings, business appointments, social functions, travel itineraries and accommodation effectively and efficiently
4. Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively and independently
5. Occasional business travel may be required when necessary
6. Perform ad hoc project and special assignments as required

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
2. At least 3 years of solid experience in serving senior management in listed company
3. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)  
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
