Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Director in both business activities and personal matters
- Manage business correspondence, minutes, reports and confidential documents as required
- Arrange executive meetings, business appointments, social functions, travel itineraries and accommodation effectively and efficiently
- Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively and independently
- Occasional business travel may be required when necessary
- Perform ad hoc project and special assignments as required
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 3 years of solid experience in serving senior management in listed company
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
