Responsibilities

• Directly report to CEO and as a consultant for HR issues.
• Oversee the group’s Human Resources Department, including Talent Acquisition, C&B and Admin.
• Lead the team member to deliver effective and professional HR services.
• Monitor the Department operations, ensure smooth and efficient HR operation.
• Formulate and review group’s HR policies periodically and ensure they are strictly adhered.
• Keep updated on local regulation, legislation and Employment Ordinance. Ensure all the team members acknowledge the changes.
• Negotiate with vendors on services agreement.
• Responsible for Department costing and budgeting.
• Join company’s management meetings and share opinion from HR on various management issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years HR experience, including 5 years in management level.
• With relevant experience in similar industry is highly preferred.
• Possess relevant professional qualifications is preferable, such as Member of HKIHRM.
• Strong and experienced in leadership.
• Mature, responsible and good interpersonal skill.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
