Job Highlights

• 5-day work week, Convenient working location: Central and Western District
• Fluent in Mandarin

• Perform general receptionist duties such as handle enquiries from clients at the front desk or over the phone, reply emails from time to time
• Provide professional and quality hospitality and reception services to clients
• Support daily office administration duties to Administration Department such as but not limited to update telephone directory, manage conference room booking, handle travel arrangement, couriers ordering, document filing, office equipment procurement and office maintenance etc.
• Assist in organizing company events and activities
• Assist in ad-hoc duties per assigned

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in receptionist, office administration or customer services. Experience in financial institution is preferred
• Excellent telephone manner, pleasant, presentable, independent and a strong sense of responsibility
• Outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing)
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
