Job Description
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Centre General Manager and the whole team. They will be tasked with coordinating with various parties for the collection and dissemination of messages and documents, as well as keeping records of such items. Furthermore, perform all-rounded human resources duties including recruitment and maintenance of HR records.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience in property management or sizeable organization
- Mature, responsible, detail minded, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
- Good knowledge in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
