ELEVATE is looking for a part-time Human Resources Intern to support HR activities in globally, mainly in Hong Kong. This role will focus on assisting and supporting all-rounded HR operations, employee activities, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.  This is a great opportunity to gain exposure and build a foundation for a strong Human Resources career moving forward.

Responsibilities

• To help to execute purposeful projects on

1. HR process improvement
2. HRIS enhancement
3. HR analytics

• To be engaged in real business HR issues and assignments globally
• To support recruitments and staff engagement related issues in headquarter perspective
• Support ad-hoc HR projects when necessary

Qualifications

• Full time undergraduate students majoring in Human Resources management or HR analytics related principles who is good with numbers. Post graduate students are welcomed to reply
• We also welcome students who might not have Human Resources related background whilst being passionate about it and has great numerical sense
• Detail oriented and critical thinker
• Positive and a Fast learner
• Strong in Excel, PowerPoint and is tech savvy
• Proficient in English, written and verbal
