Job Description
External Relations Office
Ref. no : O/ERO/Term EA3/06/22
Major Duties:
(a) To handle enquiries and provide counter services;
(b) To provide logistic and on-site support for promotion, marketing and publicity work; and
(c) To provide support in one or more of the following areas:
(i) data input and processing;
(ii) general administration and personnel;
(iii) book-keeping, supplies and stores administration; and
(iv) secretarial and administrative support for senior level staff.
Requirements:
(a) Completion of Secondary 5 education, or equivalent;
(b) Proficiency in the use of computer software applications, including MS Excel and MS Word,
(c) Good communication and organizational skills;
(d) Ability to work independently, be customer-oriented and self-initiated; and
(e) Relevant work experience will be an advantage.
Note:
(1) Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend a Computer Skills Test (CST) including document formatting, English and Chinese typing and use of spreadsheet.
(2) Appointees may be required to perform duties at different work locations and outside normal office hours.
