• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for office and retail shops, including but not limited to interview arrangements, on/off boarding formalities, collaborate with shop-in-charge;
• Maintain accurate staff record in HR2 Systems;
• Manage office administration and facilities;
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Human Resources management, Business Administration or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years work experience in retail industry;
• Hard working with can-do attitude;
• Able to multi-tasking and good interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing is must;
• Good Command of written English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
