Responsibilities

• Focus on recruitment, staffing, manpower planning, employee engagement and performance management;
• Handle payroll related matters such as payroll calculation, MPF administration and taxation matters
• Establish and review HR policies and procedures for streamlining and maximizing the efficiency
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Develop and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Create and implement effective on boarding plans and recruitment campaign 
• Develop training and development programs
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Manage a full spectrum of administrative functions for office and operation

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in HR operations, working experience in healthcare / outreaching service / retail operations industries or related field is an advantage
• Well versed with HK employment ordinance and related legislation
• Strong analytical mind and able to handle challenges independently
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation and positive working attitude
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of any HRMS is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, good command of spoken and written skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Immediately available is an advantage
