Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Manage General Human Resources function including recruitment, training, employee compensation & staff events;
  • Dealing with third party suppliers, management offices, and government-related affairs;
  • Organize staff activities to increase employee engagement and align with company strategic goals;
  • Review and update HR policies periodically in compliance with rules and regulations;
  • Work closely with line managers and department heads on manpower planning, hiring needs, formulate the hiring strategy and staff issues;
  • Support in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures with Shanghai Head Quarter;
  • Manage a full spectrum of daily office administration operations for the Group’s subsidiaries and offices;
  • Cooperate with teammates for the payout of payroll and welfare, MPF filing, and annual tax declaration;
  • Manage Administering General Office services which include but are not limited to the office and IT hardware procurement, fixed asset record management, rental arrangement, equipment maintenance, reimbursement, etc;
  • Monitor and procure supplies needed for office, reception, mailroom, and pantry;
  • Support TW office for HR policy implementation
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints;
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in HR and Administration operations
    (Relevant work experience in e-commerce is an advantage)
  • Willing to commit to ensuring the team succeeds with all tasks, duties, and projects. Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and willingness to offer help to team members in need
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient PC Knowledge including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, good command of spoken and written skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Immediate availability is a definite advantage
