Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing all-round support on designated Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR administration.
- Assist in human resources report preparation and project support, including but not limited to the drafting of human resources related policies and procedures, guidelines, presentation, report, etc. for management review.
- Provide support in preparing HR metrics & dashboard, periodic reports and analytics.
- Conduct HR database maintenance, HR System update and data management.
- Maintain and update employee files, attendance and leave records.
- Support ad hoc HR projects as and when required.

- 負責為人力資源職能提供全方位的支持,包括招聘與選拔、薪酬與福利、員工關係和人力資源管理
- 協助編制人力資源報告和項目支持,包括但不限於起草人力資源相關政策和程序、指導方針、文稿、報告等以供管理層參考
- 在準備各項人力資源指標、定期報告和分析方面提供支持
- 進行人力資源數據庫維護、人力資源系統更新和數據管理
- 維護和更新員工檔案、考勤和請假記錄
- 在需要時支持臨時人力資源項目
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
- 2 years or above relevant working experience in Human Resources is highly preferred. Experienced in social recruiting is a plus.
- Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and business writing skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese including Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Strong attention to detail and capable of working under pressure.
- Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and with high sense of responsibility.
- Candidates with less experience might be considered as Assistant.
- 人力資源管理或相關學科本科學歷
- 2年以上人力資源相關工作經驗者優先,有社交媒體招聘經驗者優先
- 熟悉香港僱傭條例及相關法規
- 具出色的溝通、演講、分析和公文寫作能力
- 良好的英語及中文口語和書面能力,包括普通話在內
- 精通MS Word、Excel、Powerpoint
- 注重細節,能夠在壓力下工作
- 良好的團隊合作精神,積極主動,有上進心及責任心
- 經驗較少的候選人可能被視為助理
