Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing all-round support on designated Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR administration.
  • Assist in human resources report preparation and project support, including but not limited to the drafting of human resources related policies and procedures, guidelines, presentation, report, etc. for management review.
  • Provide support in preparing HR metrics & dashboard, periodic reports and analytics.
  • Conduct HR database maintenance, HR System update and data management.
  • Maintain and update employee files, attendance and leave records.
  • Support ad hoc HR projects as and when required.

  • 協助編制人力資源報告和項目支持,包括但不限於起草人力資源相關政策和程序、指導方針、文稿、報告等以供管理層參考
  • 在準備各項人力資源指標、定期報告和分析方面提供支持
  • 進行人力資源數據庫維護、人力資源系統更新和數據管理
  • 維護和更新員工檔案、考勤和請假記錄
  • 在需要時支持臨時人力資源項目

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
  • 2 years or above relevant working experience in Human Resources is highly preferred. Experienced in social recruiting is a plus.
  • Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and business writing skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese including Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and capable of working under pressure.
  • Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and with high sense of responsibility.
  • Candidates with less experience might be considered as Assistant.
