Job Descriptions::

• Handle tenancy registrations, administration and database updates
• Check key data of tenancy agreement under standard template; arranging for stamping;
• Check data before uploading to computer system
• Review the record of account receivable and payment record for preparing refund of deposit
• Work closely with leasing team on monitoring progress of tenancy renewal, signing of tenancy agreement and contract closing / refund of deposit
• Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required

 
Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with 3 years' relevant experience in Real Estate Leasing or Law Firm serving on matter of tenancies
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in PC applications including Word and Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptive to change
• Motivated, responsible and able to work independently with good time management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
