THE ROLE

As a Customer Services & Telemarketing Officer, you will be responsible for providing customer services and clerical support for the sales department. You will be responsible for maintaining existing customers’ relationships and assisting the administration department. Specifically you will:

- Support implementation of marketing programs and campaigns by engaging Telemarketing to promote company products & services

- Liaise with retail customers, such as take orders, prepare quotes, process invoices and advise on stock availability

- Provide over-the-phone support and assistance from calls and respond to email

- Maintain an accurate database of customer information

- Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of customer needs

- Office administrative support as required

 THE ATTRIBUTESS

- F5 or above

- Previous working experience in customer service is an advantage

- Outgoing and customer-oriented

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Capable of handling urgent request

- Clear and confident communication and people skills

- Computer literate and Chinese typing
