Responsibilities:

• Provision of administrative support related to the delivery of project and client engagements: quotation, monitoring and reporting on project progress, preparing project documentation
• Coordination of the project schedule from quotation, production and billing, to ensure accurate invoicing
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Responsible for other ad hoc task assigned by Project Manager

Requirements:

• Highly prefer 2-year experience in Project Administration or Project Coordination. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Ai/ AutoCAD is a bonus.
