Job Responsibilities：
- Responsible for all-round receptionist general duties
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to Administration Department
- Assist in daily administration duties including reception duties in a professional manner, greeting visitors, arranging tea services for guests and coordinate conference room booking
- Coordinate all mails and courier delivery
- Handle jobs and duties directly assigned by the Supervisor
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Qualifications：
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Fluent in both written & spoken English, and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, hardworking & willing to learn
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
- Immediate available is highly preferred
