Job Description
What you’ll be doing?
- Provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to daily HR routines
- Assist in compiling and preparing HR reports and statistics
- Participate in various HR related projects
- Carry out ad-hoc projects and assignment as required
Who are we looking for?
- Post-secondary graduate preferably in HR Management or related discipline
- Sound knowledge in HK Employment Ordinances, MPF Regulations and other related legislation
- Good analytical and logical mind set for handling data preparation and analysis
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel & Power Point
One-year contract will be offered as a start. Candidates with satisfactory performance will be reappointed to permanent post after two years’ contract period.
