Job Description 

Responsibilities:

• Handle appointment booking with client on Whatsapp, hotline
• Deliver customer service to customers via social media platform
• Responsible for social media and other digital marketing activities
• Handle after sales service (complaints, refunds)

• Answer social media fans’ inquiries in professional manner but not limited to Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platform

Requirements:

• Fun & Open-minded
• F.5/ DSE or above
• Experience in Beauty Field is preferred
• Hands-on experience of PC operations and Internet knowledge
• Fast and accurate typing in English and Chinese (速成/倉頡)
• Attentive to details, customer-oriented, with positive can-do attitude
• Highly motivated, passionate, polite, responsible
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service preferred
• Good command in computer software (Word, Excel)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

• 5 working days per week (Mon- Sun shift duty, public holiday-shift duty)
