Job Description

• Provide strategic legal support to their various business units and stakeholders of the Firm
• Liaise and negotiate contracts with external parties and Counsel 
• Review/manage/translate legal documents as well as assist in legal risk control
• Liaise with external firms to obtain legal advice where needed

The Successful Applicant

• Hong Kong qualified (3-4 PQE)
• Sound knowledge of commercial matters
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Be able to work cross functional with strong leadership skills and team work skills
• Strong problem solving skills & negotiation and advocacy skills
