Responsibilities:

- Reporting to Head of HR, and responsible to revamp and bring up new ideas on the C&B program, employee relation projects and HR policies
- Handle annual C&B practice such as salary review, bonus calculation and payment, market survey and benchmark, etc
- Develop strong relationship between top management and employees General support for C-level Executives
- Degree educated in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related disciplines
- 10 years of above relevant work experience, candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
- Eagerness in driving new initiatives and implementing policies
- Good personality and attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility and human-oriented
- Proficient computer applications and Microsoft like MS Word, MS Excel
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
