Responsibilities:

• Provide policy administration for new policies, endorsements, renewals and reinsurance arrangement for life products with quality manner and within the service standard
• Handle enquiries on policy administration and underwriting issues from clients, intermediaries and internal team members in a quality and professional manner to achieve service excellence
• Assist team leader in reviewing work flow and preparing reports 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, professional insurance qualification or having passed in IIQE Paper I & III is an advantage
• 2-3 years of working experience, ideally experience in life insurance or wealth management
• Experience in customer services or insurance policy administration is preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Immediately available will be priority considered
