Our client is a large Sizable International company with investment & Logistics businesses in HK & UK; they are now seeking a high caliber person to fill the Administrative Assistant position:

Job Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the Office Manager 
• Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing presentation materials for meetings and business reports 
• Handle stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock keeping
• Handle and maintain confidential information and document management
• Handle ad-hoc duties 

Requirements:

• Degree Holder 
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
• Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized
