Responsibilities:

• Handle the administration of the Executive Trainee Programme from recruitment to training coordination and tracking, and provide daily support in the implementation / management of this graduate trainee programme
• Arrange orientation and familiarisation programmes for new employees and staff for overseas postings, and ensure a smooth execution of these activities; conduct orientation briefings for new staff if needed
• Support the training operations and make logistic arrangement for assigned training activities (e.g. internal/external co-ordination, training enrolments and communications, evaluation & record management…etc.)
• Conduct analysis and compile reports on Executive Trainee Programme and/or training activities
• Handle training sponsorship applications and tracking for reimbursements
• Provide support on eLearning courses and administration
• Provide support in other HR / Training projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in Training & Development or Human Resources management
• Experience in using Training Management Systems and online tools / platforms for training management
• Good HR analytical skills with a proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese & Putonghua
• Self-motivated, mature with good teamwork & interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented, meticulous, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
