Job Descriptions

• Responsible for identifying and delivering training project/programs to suit the ever changing needs in retail market, such as customer service skills, operation procedures training and new product training, etc.
• Lead Learning and Development program for manager levels to build up talents in the company
• Organize training on regulations or ordinances for staff in order to meet the group standards
• Follow up and review the effectiveness of the training programs with the Management team
• Manage training budgets and monitor the expenses throughout budget reviews and forecasts in a regular basis
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager

Requirement

• Degree holder in HR or related discipline
• At least 6-8 years relevant experience in learning and development preferred in Retail
• Ability to work independently
• Good organizational, presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong people management skills, confident in presenting and influencing at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese
