Job Description
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for identifying and delivering training project/programs to suit the ever changing needs in retail market, such as customer service skills, operation procedures training and new product training, etc.
- Lead Learning and Development program for manager levels to build up talents in the company
- Organize training on regulations or ordinances for staff in order to meet the group standards
- Follow up and review the effectiveness of the training programs with the Management team
- Manage training budgets and monitor the expenses throughout budget reviews and forecasts in a regular basis
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
- Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
Requirement
- Degree holder in HR or related discipline
- At least 6-8 years relevant experience in learning and development preferred in Retail
- Ability to work independently
- Good organizational, presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong people management skills, confident in presenting and influencing at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese
