Job Responsibilities

1. Provide clerical support to daily sales activities, including preparation of quotations, presentation materials, tender submissions and related documents etc.
2. Assisting the sales team to achieve business objectives
3. Perform data-entry and help to maintain an efficient database
4. Communicate with clients through phone and email conservations and provide good customer service
5. Liaise with vendor and internal department
6. Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

1. HKCEE/HKDSE or above
2. Experience in Sales/Administration will be an advantage
3. Good team-player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Responsible, independent and well-organized
5. Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
6. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
7. Immediately available is preferred
