Responsibilities

• Assist Training & Development Manager to design and develop training programs
• Prepare the training materials and maintain training related records
• Coordinate the mandatory e-learning, onboard training curriculum, refresher training and external training programmes
• Conduct training program to staff
• Support and coordinate the wellness programs and staff relations activities
• Support the team on administrative and coordination work
• Support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other Business Management disciplines
• 1-2 years of working experience in Training, Human Resources or Administrative field is preferable
• With experience in video shooting and editing is preferable
• Independent, detail-minded, well-organized and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Applications, especially PowerPoint & Excel & Chinese word processing
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Training Officer
