A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced and independent legal secretary to join a leading US corporate law firm.

Our client is hiring a NIGHT Secretary to provide professional legal support for their Hong Kong and overseas offices. 

YOU WILL

• Provide comprehensive secretarial services to various practices (5:30pm - 12:30am shift) 
• Provide legal support and conduct legal research as required
• Perform proof-reading, translation and formatting tasks as required
• Keep proper records of client documents and files
• Additional ad hoc tasks as required 

YOU ARE 

• 5+ years in legal secretarial experience, preferably in international law firms
• Well trained in relevant discipline, e.g. legal, secretarial or English studies is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• A strong team player, a quick learner, flexible, adaptable, demonstrates willingness to help, great customer service approach!
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, PowerPoint , and typing in both English and Chinese is a must
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, in particular, an excellent command in written and spoken English is a must
