Role:

• Assistant to Director, participate in any ad hoc duties assigned, especially on Marketing operation
• Provide all-rounded administrative, secretarial support to Director
• Execute and liaise both internal and external parties on business issues
• Arrange, maintain and formulate the overall strategy and budgeting
• Assist and coordinate market research and campaigns operation
• Prepare and update company’s material, e.g. brochure, PowerPoint, video

Requirement:

• Tertiary education with 1-year working experience
• Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English
• Pleasant personality, Energetic, Decent manner with attentive to details
• Independent, well-organized with timely response
• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a preferred
