- Assist to manage, control and enhance departmental operation process and related system flow
- Ensure operation processes are compliant with statutory regulations and group policies
- Perform clerical and reception duties for the Department
- Act as the first point of contact between customers and the Bank, a friendly and HELPFUL character is preferred
- Degree holder with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in banking industry, preferably with Private Banking operations experience
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with all levels
- Proficiency in MS office with good knowledge in Excel and Chinese typing
