Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Devise effective HR and Admin plan and initiatives to support the business growth and expansion in HK n Asia
  • Manage Human Resources function especially in recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, staff activities...etc
  • Manage business and office administration and related initiatives
  • Handle development and update on new HR and Admin related new policy and procedures to meet market, regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Effectively work and communication with agencies and overseas HR and Admin colleagues 
  • Support development of staff well-being, ESG and other new initiative development
  • Support other ad-hoc project initiatives and duties
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in IT n fintech industry or with an entrepreneurship spirit an advantage
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Proactive attitude. 
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Able to work, learn and grow in fast-changing industry and environment 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
