Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle general office administration duties, including facilities maintenance, stationery, pantry supplies and housekeeping
  • Procurement of office equipment, tools and office supplies
  • Support receptionist duty (answering calls, greeting guests, handling courier/mail)
  • Process business correspondences, including mails, faxes and parcels
  • Assist in company events, staff activities and ad-hoc projects when required
 Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 1-2 years' experience in office administration work, preferable from a sizeable company
  • Be attentive and responsible
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Working location: Wong Chuk Hang
