One of the leading wholesalers for branded perfumes, cosmetics and skincare products, specializing luxury/designer brands, handbags, watches, gift & premium, and other luxury goods are now seeking high caliber for the following positions URGENTLY

*** On-the-job training will be provided
*** No overtime work is essential
*** Flexible, harmonious and relaxed working environment

• ­Directly report to English-speaking superiors
• Provide secretarial & admin. support including managing calendar & booking appointments, filing physical mail and email communications, maintaining social media projects (Instagram, Facebook..etc.) & renewing contact list if necessary
• ­Follow up work for company’s suppliers and VIP clients
• Manage the company’s b2b online profiles and digital marketing
• Daily email communications and correspondence

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in administration/ clerical field
• Knowledge of MS Office, Google G-suite, Gmail (especially Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets)
• Good command of English (oral & written), Cantonese & Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
• More experience will be considered as Senior post
• Recent graduates with high caliber is also welcome
