Job Description:

• Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner via phone calls, emails, facebook inbox and whatsapp;
• Cooperate with other team members to solve customer requests and problems efficiently;
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the team;
• Prepare reports for management review;
• Ad-hoc assignments is required.

 Job Requirements:

• F.5 / DSE or above in related discipline preferred;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and team;
• Excellent customer services, strong sense of responsibility with good communication skill and effective problem solving skills;
• Independent, aggressive and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications;
• Immediate available preferred.
