Responsibilities:

• Handle the staff recruitment process, including but not limited to candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, selection, onboarding, staff movement and other employment related functions
• Support other HR functions and involve in projects as required
• Handle general enquiries and liaise with internal and external parties in relation to staff recruitment
• Maintain proper update on HR data and filing system
• Prepare and compile statistics and reports
• Provide administrative support to Manager, Human Resources

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Preferably with 1 year's relevant experience.   Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Mature, pleasant, service-oriented and attentive to details and accuracy, with good communication and teamwork
• Good Interpersonal skills and ability to deal with colleagues at different levels
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, Windows and Chinese word-processing, knowledge of human resources system is an advantage
• Conversant with Employment Ordinance
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua
• Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
