Key Responsibilities:

• Work from 9:00am - 5:30pm, any weekdays, 1-year part-time contract
• Provide clerical support including system update & maintenance, general administration task etc.
• Analyze department data for periodic reports and ad-hoc projects
• Provide support in data analytics, project management project
• Provide other support in department related areas

Requirements:

• Undergraduate students studying Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Strong in Excel and Power Point
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
