Responsibilities:

• issue project quotations;
• order processing;
• issue PO / invoices;
• inventory control, e.g. stock take;
• logistics/shipment handling, e.g. issue commercial invoice , fill in courier/forwarder booking;
• handling customer inquiries professional manner;
• assist the project team in monitoring the project schedule from the quotation phase to the delivery/handover;
• assist in drafting of  bills of quantities / quantity survey;   
• monitoring the lighting production schedule for multiple orders;
• deal & attend meetings with Architects, Clients, Project Managers & General Contractors;
• maintain product spec sheet record;
• maintain price summary record;

• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
• Interest in LED lighting is considered as a plus; 
• Interest in electrical engineering is considered as a plus;
