JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be enrolled on our Recruitment Training Programme which has been recognised as industry leading by shortlisted in multiple industry awards as “Best in Class”.
- Handle the entire end to end recruitment life cycle
- Completing Client calls to understand client needs
- Developing long term relationships to build your own network
- Networking with relevant Clients within your specialist recruitment area
- Conduct market research and collect industry insights for talent
- Marketing direct to Clients and public advertisements
- Publicize job openings and status updates on LinkedIn and social media
- Source and screen CVs, interview candidates for vacancies
- Market mapping, headhunting and candidate “Business Development”
- Preparing your candidates for interviews, managing expectations, pre-closing, closing, and offering candidates
- Negotiate salaries and contracts
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management/ Economics/ Marketing/ Communications or any related disciplines
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
- Resilience, ambition, competitive and great communication skills
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
