Roles and Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Director of HR
• Responsible for all round HR services and office administration related matters
• Take the owner of talent requisition for key positions, HR policies formulation and implementation, HR digitization, manpower planning and salary package design
• Play the role of strategic business partner and liaise with both internal and external parties including local government officials
• Prepare HR management reports for management review
• Lead the department head on implementing HR projects and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or any related disciplines
• 8 years' relevant experience in HR management at Mainland China
• Familiar with China Labour Laws and related regulations and practices
• Energetic, team player and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizing and event management skills
• Well organized, thorough and strong project management skills
• Strong computer skills and proficient in MS Office
• Immediate available would be definitely an advantage
