You will be part of the Amidas Operation Team to support our staffs and sales on the following:

  • Being the first respondent for all in-coming calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Provide sales admin support including data entry, preparing quotation, sales invoices and delivery note
  • Manage office/ pantry supplies and all in-coming/outgoing courier service
  • Participate tele-marketing activities for sales leads generation and event follow-up
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the manager

Who is our Right Fit:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • HKDSE or above
  • Knowledge of IT products is a plus
  • Customer-oriented and interested in dealing with people
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
