Job Description

• Provide Company Secretarial support for the business units
• Perform any ad hoc projects and tasks assigned from management
• Maintain and update statutory records

The Successful Applicant

• Member of HKCGI/CGI will be an advantage,
• 3+ years of company secretarial experience,
• Be able to work independently, and have sound knowledge of the Companies Ordinance and Anti-Money Laundering Ordinance
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must
• Familiar with ViewPoint or other company secretarial software
