• Regularly update databases, keeping track of ships in and out of management
• Assist with developing presentations, business proposals, etc. when required
• Perform general administration / secretarial duties including checking vendor invoices, coordinating payments and updating budgets / forecasts for subscriptions and sponsorships
• Liaise with other departments daily to gather relevant information for monthly company analysis reports and issue month end reports
• Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments;
• Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reimbursements
• Maintain filing system and perform other ad-hoc assistance when required.

• Diploma or above with formal secretarial training;
• Good communication skill in English is a must;
• Good Computer skills and well versed with MS Application Suite
• Good responsible and well-organized;
