Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, employment relations and etc.
- Handle talent acquisition from searching, selection, interview, shortlisting, offer till onboarding
- Prepare HR analytical reports for management review
- Performs ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in handle all rounded HR function
- Proficiency in spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good command of PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc)
- Proactive, detail-minded and well organized
- Immediate available or short-notice will be highly appreciated
