• Provide full spectrum of HR functions including HR strategy formulation, manpower planning, C&B, talent management, performance management and employee engagement in regional office;
• Responsible for day-to-day operations such as recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, payroll administration, attendance, and HR data and record management;
• Play a leadership role in providing human resources advisory and support services to all business units;
• Advocate a positive work culture to better engage and motivate employees;
• Ensure the operation and practices are running smoothly and compiling with legal requirements;
• Analyze trends and metrics to propose effective solutions and facilitate decision making;
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Regional Managing Director.

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 15 years' relevant experience, of which 5 years in managerial capacity with regional exposure;
• Experience in buying office / buying agent / trading is an advantage;
• Possess sound business acumen and strong in strategy formulation and deployment;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to handle complex situation and recommend effective solutions;
• Well versed in employment related ordinances;
• Good command of English.
