Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of Parts and Service Department;
• Maintain office supplies inventory and process replenishment order;
• Prepare monthly reports, monthly statement and debt notes for customers;
• Resolve administrative and accounting issues by analyzing information from different sources, communication and identifying solutions with related departments;
• Maintain petty cash and related bookkeeping duties;
• Coordinate and communicate with Group Human Resource Department on staff related issues;
• Compile staff attendance and incentive reports;
• Act as a Document Control Centre and update IMS documents;
• Assist ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• At least 3 years' relevant working experience preferably gained from motors or transportation industry;
• Proficient in PC applications, such as Microsoft Excel & Word;
• Proficient in Chinese typing;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Officer or Officer
