Responsibilities:

• Work with all stakeholders, partners and customers to complete the project within a defined schedule and achieve set targets
• Overall project and resources planning and management
• Monitor, control and review project progress. Keep all stakeholders informed on project status regularly
• Drive internal review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
• Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner
• Provide regular and accurate project reporting

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business, Health Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 1 - 2 years of experience in project management 
• Good communication skill in English, for speak/listen/read/write
• Experiences in supporting regional customers is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently
• Self-motivation and able to take responsibility
• Proactive, confident, can-do attitude
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered as Project Assistant
