Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and roll-out of Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
• Assist in planning and executing system migration preparation
• Provide support on user training material
• Maintain employee records in HRMS and central filing system
• Provide support on HR formalities
• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports

Requirements

• Solid experience in HRMS implementation, knowledge of MRC Podium or Employee Connect is a plus
• Fast learner with good problem solving and analytical skills
• Well-organized and good attention to details
• A good team player with strong communication
• Strong computer literacy in MS Excel and HRMS
• Proficiency in MS Word & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available an advantage
