Responsibilities

• Handle policy administration for new, renewal & termination policies (e.g. master setup, premium bill & medical card issuing within service standards and specific turnaround time)
• Provide one-stop administration service to clients including record maintenance, respond clients’ enquires and requests in a timely manner
• Cooperate with internal parties (Sales/ Claim/ Underwriting/Finance Team etc.) and external parties (Agent/ Broker/ Network Panel etc.) to provide high quality of customer experience to our clients
• Handle and investigate customers’ complaint and problem cases
• Monitor and ensure all cases are assessed and evaluated against the terms of the policy and conform to regulatory compliance in order to safeguard the interests of customers and company
• Participate in projects as assign and perform UAT

Qualifications and Experiences

• F.6 or above
• Preferably 2-3 years' relevant experience in policy administration inmedical/life insurance areas
• Preferably pass in IIQA Exam (Paper I & II) or relevant qualifications
• Basic medical knowledge, for example, diagnosis, benefit types, claims procedures
• Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills are required on achieving results and successful outcomes
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is required
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Advisor
