Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle general office administration functions such as file management, data record updating, maintenance and repair of office equipment and cleaning service arrangement.
  • Procure general office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, printing materials and name cards.
  • Assist in preparing accounting reports like monthly-end expenses / year-end financial reports
  • Prepare regular monthly reports and contracts.
  • Handle travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Manage the telephone receive and divert incoming calls.
  • Assist in HR administration duties including gathering data from employees, updating attendance and leave record.
  • Coordinate and assist with office events.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above with 3 year working experience.
  • Basic Accounting knowledge is required
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing.
  • Cheerful, well-organized and always think positive.
  • A good team player with solid interpersonal skill to deal with both internal parties and external partners.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
