Job Description

  • To maintain, revamp and develop programmes to formulate respective gifted education curriculum for Talent Development and Whole Person Development.
  • To draft programme proposals, collaborative agreements, and procurement documents.
  • To administer programmes, support a wide range of related events and outreach to schools and diverse communities for educational and publicity purposes.
Candidates must have a recognised degree or equivalent in sciences, STEM, and/or engineerinwill be a definite advantageand possess at least 4 years post-degree work experience.

The Academy is a non-profit making organisation set up to provide structured educational services for exceptionally gifted students as well as to support teachers, parents and academics. It will provide off-school learning opportunities for gifted young people aged from 10 to 18 years to enable them to reach their potential in a wide range of specialist areas, including leadership, creativity, personal-social competence, to promote wholeperson development, and to develop their confidence in pursuit of excellence and commitment to serving their community. It will also help to provide guidance to parents of gifted students, as well as training courses for teachers in specialist areas. The Academy will conduct research and development appropriate to sustainable growth and advancement of knowledge in gifted education in Hong Kong.The Academy now invites applications for the following position:
